I’ve yet to research the t10, but from playing the IS4m and up tiered IS3, the problem with its br is almost every one can pen you and most of the time one shot you as a heavy tank!. Heavy tanks aren’t as useful as in lower tiers with all the heat, apds and apfsds shells, now it’s all about medium and fast light tanks.

The problem is not the tank itself but the BR compression... At the same BR you have the olifant with laser rangefinder and apfds. At this BR anyone with 2 braincells can pen you without troubles with 400mm heatfs... The long reload doesn't allow you don't fight multiple enemies, for the sake of the game they would need to lower a bit it's reload rate to make it more relevant and alive... Otherwise the t55 with apfsds is just a better pick to be honest
