Rabies can infect u then lie dormant for longer than ud think. Idk anything about polish health care for humans or animals but literally anyone in this video should have been given the rabies shot ideally. As someone who grew up in poland. Finding foxes like this isn't uncommon, there are dead foxes all around the roads. Mainly including other smaller animals. So that causes dogs, hedgehogs, fox's, rabbits and even deers, to die easily in there situations.

That fox probably had rabies by the way it was just laying in the middle of the road, being docile around him, foaming at the mouth, briefly going erratic in the car, the way it was staring into nothing, etc. And I love how at the end they say “they’re going to take it to the clinic” after they said they don’t have the type of veterinary infrastructure in Poland to take care of it, which really means, “we’re going to euthanize it when you finally leave and aren’t filming”
