When our Blessed Prophet (PBUH) entered Al-Aqsa during the Night Journey, it was officially a temple (albeit abondoned) without any minarets or domes. But in the sight of Allah SWT, it was, is and always will be Masjid Al-Aqsa from the time of Adam AS to the end of time. Doesn't matter if other people occupy it and change it. This is important. So this is how I see things. There is a pattern in everything even in history. I do not know much history, I even do not understand Arabic but my belief is history will keep repeating itself until there is nothing left of it to save. Only God knows best. I tried to understand the two verses he is speaking of in the video and that led me back to the religion I was born into. We were always given guidance. The two verses, I could not understand which in history was the first or the second I could not understand but it did not matter to me because history is a pattern, it will keep repeating until nothing else is left to save but I feel the end times is approaching and it is only because of us. I would love to debate this with someone knowledgeable.

Allah, *who does not enter creation,* has no history whatsoever outside the Qur'an before the 7th century. Fact. Where? I understand your passion in clarifying things for the audience, but when you do so while the guest is in the middle of answering your questions, it comes across like you are answering your own questions addressed to the guest. I just think that brother Eddie is striving and trying to present the narrative into the American person’s thinking and especially the Christian ones, don’t forget he was one and knows how a Christian thinks and the propaganda machine that they’ve been subjected to when it comes to anything Islamic. So when he says Jesus in King for example, he knows that a lot of Christians think that and he’s trying to tell them that the Muslims basically believe that he will be King when he comes back. I understand your perspective and I disagree with the sheikh on his interpretation of these verses as I heard it from Sheikh Al-Sha’rawi who was a great scholar as acknowledged by most of the Muslims, but it’s all about ijtihad and sometimes scholars make mistakes in some issues, that doesn’t take away from the vast majority of the things they get right.

This is a brilliant video, much needed and full respect to the scholar and brother Eddie for clarifying this very important issue which has caused so much confusion. I commented on that video from One Path Network when they published the video a couple of months ago and stated Shaykh Wahaj has got it wrong and is causing confusion and fitna. Unfortunately One Path Network have not corrected that video and it really worries me when they put out a video like that from scholars based on their wrong interpretations. Shaykh Wahaj travels all over the world delivering talks which worries me. Dr Israr Ahmed from Pakistan also had the same interpretation and classical scholars have advised against listening to his videos because a lot of his views are his own interpretations
