I relate to Aiden in that I also talk to myself constantly, like full on conversations. I've found that it helps make me think through my emotion/thoughts on stuff, so when it comes time to actually express my thoughts in conversation, its a lot easier, clearer, and helps me deal with my social anxiety.

Warming up coffee after it’s gone cold within the same day is reasonable, sometimes you got other shit to do and it’s still good coffee. Refilling the 1/2 coffee with water or leaving any amount of warm brew overnight and reheating in the morning is vile.

I use a press so if im not up to finish a second cup ill pour a second mug while the coffee is still hot and put it in the fridge for later. Usually ill drink it later that day but sometimes i'll do it early the next day.
