I already have tried Oil pulling. That really works but needs patience. Anyone who has a problem of swollen and bleeding gums, please try clove tea twice for 3 to 4 days and it will work wonders. Nothing worked in my case.I used clove tea to cure my congestion but it cured my gums in 3 days only. Just boil 5-6 cloves in 1.5 cups of water. You can add sugar to give it a better taste. Boil till quarter cup is left. Let it rest till it gets luke warm. And u are ready to use it. Drink two cups only; one in the morning and one in the evening or night. Use it for 3, or 4 days or on alternate days till u get rid of swollen and bleeding gums.
