Public comments. The leading cause of sickness is constipation and too much acidity and lack of sleep and lack of water intake daily and lack of sun light daily and lack of exercise daily and lack of proper food and nutrition daily. Always remember your health is your wealth and happiness.

Thanks for the post ma'am I don't have any issues regarding your post ma'am. I take care of my man health by doing exercise every day. My grandparents taught me yoga asanas in my young age when I was younger as 5 years old. I don't smoke or drink obviously that's a natural man power to keep you strong as a horse. Too much of smoking and alcohol consumption, eating disorders,lack of exercise can lead to low testosterone levels. I just came back from jogging I'm a early biird every day I woke up at 4.30 am it keeps my body fit and shape. God bless you and your loved ones ma'am keep rocking. 👍👏💪

Thank you guruji, I practiced this asana ever since I last saw this video few months ago and am continuing it, I have found it very effective and it has even improved my eyesight fully. It has definitely helped in strengthening the reproductive organs. I can feel the improvement and have become energetic. Public comment. It is important to eat properly and choose health foods and vegetables and juice fresh fruits. Avoid stress and exercise daily and get sun light and sleep is vital. @@RishiShukla-wd6ut I can only talk about ED and not premature ejaculation bcoz i didn't have that problem, it took me 2-3 days to see the results, also please understand that our problems may be same but the solutions may differ from individual to individual, do consult a specialist online or offline. Yoga helps in big way.

I first asana his biceps are contracting more than other muscles, in this posture pelvic floor muscles will be the least contracted. In second asana you are easing the contraction of pelvic floor again with hand support and you are creating more stress on the cervical spine which leads to cervical spondylitis and vertibrobasilar insufficiency which leads to eye reeling and vertigo like symptoms also. I am 83 and once heard to interrupt the flow of the urine three times because this method would increase a muscle which had become weak. And this method solved my peeing problems.

No it is not at all similar to Sarvangasn. There your legs are perpendicular with your throat and nearly in a straight line not bending from waist like this.

Public comments it is important to protect your self by building your immune system and blood count and pH level is vital. Avoid stress,get 8 hrs of sleep, exercise daily, and eating healthy balance diet and meditation and yoga daily. Use fresh juice and coconut water.

Don't do just sirsasan for 15 mins, instead do sirsasan and the variations of it for 15 mins, don't go beyond 15 mins that much
