Question Would my problem be a replacement regulator or my passenger side window seems out of its position preventing me to slide that window open as it makes a sound like it's going to break. Any suggestions would kindly be appreciated thanks so much

Correct. You will be replacing the window regulator

If you mean the entire black regulator assembly that's how they are sold. Can not repair the regulator.
