Thank you for this video! I was able to use this when replacing mine. The only tip I'd give, from my own regulator change was to loosen the motor bolt slightly to give more play for the other two regulator mount bolts. This made quick work of aligning and installing those two troublesome bolts. Great vid and I wish you all the best on the rest of your channel!

Thank you! I used this video to keep my window up without fixing the regulator. Instead of drilling a hole and using a screw I just used a c clamp.

Pro tip.. Cut the end off of the post on the panel that the top regulator bolt goes through.. That way you can bolt the regulator on the side AND the top BEFORE the panel goes back on.. The bottom regulator bolt hole will align naturally.. Save at least 10-15 minutes fighting to align that top hole and start the bolt..

This has now happened to both of my rear 2014 Patriot windows. I had a friend put one window up and disconnect the wiring like two years ago, and now the other one is screwed. How can I tell if it’s the regulator and not the motor?

Makinga crunching grinding sound, thats the regulator. NO Sound? probably the window switch. Motor is usually fine
