Hey Grant, I’m going to make a cheeky request. Is there any chance you could do a 10 minute “standing” ab workout? Not because I can’t get down to the floor but just because I hate getting up and down like a yo-yo and I’m a lazy wagon. Also, because I dance, a strong core while standing really helps with my balance when wearing heels and I’d be more likely to do the workout if I knew I wouldn’t have to get down on the floor. Nooooice... I guess I'll redo next week for a 20 min total workout. There is a chance I can repeat during the day. At least I found there is a gap between some activities during the day where I say "I'm not doing something productive". Question: Would a version of your pilates sessions could also be fitted in 10 min? (Btw nice haircut!! Neat and practical with style).

This Kickstart was superb and now after this last one even though I couldn't do all exercises, I'm fainting 🔥🔥🔥 thanks! I hope I can keep on these videos and reach to 100 kg. For now I'm around 130

I love the 10 minutes workouts . Can I do a second set of repeating the 10 exercises for 1 minute each Is that too much stress on the muscles?
