They pushed me off and when they tried to pick my bike up a guy straight up runs like hell to us and dropped kicked the robber right in the back of his head, knocking him out. By law, cops do not technically need an actual reading. Supposedly they can be trained enough to detect speeding with their own eyes. To be fair, it can be pretty obvious when someone is over the speed limit, but it's kinda sketchy knowing cops have that in their back pocket if they really wanted to fuck you.

@@emaildude99 reasonable suspicion. If you see someone going faster than everyone else, they are 51% more likely than not going faster than the speed limit. Hence why they got pulled over. Then comes the admission since it was reasonable suspicion and not probable cause. Probable cause is when the radar gun is used and it was calibrated, and tested to work beforehand with an accurate reading. Nothing about it is sketchy. If you see someone walking in front of a store, back and fourth, over 20 times. Each time looking into the store as they walk by. Wouldn't you believe that they were casing the store to rob it? Yes, everyone would. But it wouldn't be probable cause to arrest them, but maybe to walk up to them and talk.

@@stever1412 false. I can say that i was driving behind the car for a mile and matching the speed of the car hence knowing the speed. Then i used another officers radar which was tested for accuracy to see if my gauges match up to the car speed. That is sufficient enough to be used as evidence.
