Not a lawyer, but after my car accident, the lawyer for the guy who hit me, tried to claim i was at fault and i was the one who hit his client. He showed pictures of a black Ford F-250 with frontal damage, and really, whoever was in that wreck was lucky if they lived. But it wasnt me. I was driving my Toyota Sienna when his client hit me, broadside, after running a redlight because he was absolutely shitfaced at 7am. He hit me going more than 3x the posted speed limit (35mph). I was still recovering from my final back surgery after a different incident involving a morbidly obese patient, sedatives, and reflexive 'catch or die' actions on my part. To give you an idea of the kind of damage done, when they moved my Sienna, they used a front end loader to scoop up the various bits and pieces and put them in a dump body truck, while the intact portion was hoisted with a crane onto a flat bed. The entire front end of my minivan was scattered across the road. Side Airbags saved my life. But the impact reinjured my back, meaning i needed several more surgeries to get back on track for a full recovery. After the 'this person hit my client, not the other way around' tactic failed, the lawyer tried the 'his back condition was pre-existing' plan. then that failed, and he tried to claim i was faking the severity of my injuries...right after my surgeon came in, as a favor to me, and showed my xrays to the judge and explained the images and the damage done. My surgeon included the xrays they had taken just the night before, when they were doing my post op follow-up to check the healing process, and the new xrays following the accident. One of the rods holding my spine in position while it healed, was bent, and another had ripped loose. I still have issues because of this. In fact, today is a bad because i can barely turn my neck, and my right arm has limited motion because of the swelling and general pain i feel because of the damaged nerves.

Huh I didn't realize I've been listening to a under 500 subs channel. Good job man, just make sure you keep effort in your channel. I don't much like the bot voice in general but when the other channels are lazy and don't properly reveal the story when I want to read along or when they allow the bot to mispronounce words or crash and it gets stuck on a syllable for upward of a minute it really loses the little appeal reddit stories have.
