I never encountered a single family hiring private detective anywhere in India...though I have travelled or visited most of it... however, families enquire from their relatives,neighbours or person known to families about such things...one other thing...Delhi is lot cleaner and pollution free now...the change has happened mostly with the extension of greenery, use of CNG as fuel and cleanliness drive... anyway, you are always welcome to India...we may have problems but at least we try to address them instead of pushing them under the rug......

It's true that Delhi and Mumbai are most polluted city in India but 50 cigarettes is much of an exaggeration Because people are living there and in huge numbers and as Delhi is the capital of India and home of big politicians and Mumbai is the house of big celebrities.so, if it was to true all would have died over a shot span less than 10 years.and it would be really difficult for childrens to grow with a proper health.
