How did you get the ring initially? and I play with Divide and Conquer, is it all the same? as in getting the ring and destroying it as TATW vanilla?

Yes you can destroy it in Vanilla. The Ring starts in Goblin Town normally and then moves around.

gratz - i take the ring in umbar in tatw 4.8 as i play orocarni dwarf grand campaign-i bring the ring to mount doom with a army-i expect that mordor and the castle get destroy but nothing happen-so i wast my time
