I think you’ve shown pregnancy brilliantly and the true strength of the female form. You’ve continued working in the office + kept your socials going, you’ve trainer physically, sorted your home out. It’s inspiring truly. I know some women become physically unwell during pregnancy and can’t be so active but it’s great to see someone just thriving

🙋🏻♀️ I grew up Mormon lol (I was born into the religion, however, since my early 30’s I consider myself Christian). So the caffeine question…The religion recommends to refrain from any addictive substances, like drugs, smoking and alcohol (but also recommends anything that you can become dependent on) this includes caffeine, as we all know we “need our morning coffee” lol. The religion promotes a balanced life including adequate sleep, exercise, etc and respecting our bodies as they are a temple in which the spirit can dwell in. Most Mormons drink sprite or caffeine free sodas when they have carbonated drinks. It’s frowned upon to drink caffeinated drinks, however it ultimately boils down from person to person and conviction to the religion. As mentioned I now consider myself Christian, and I now consume coffee on the daily, energy drinks (Celcius/Alani or pre work outs) I also have alcohol on ocasión. The whole caffeine thing is part of a lifestyle just as believing in Chasity or saving yourself until marriage. It’s a belief and it is ultimately our choice. The caffeine thing is part of what they refer to as “The word of Wisdom” to not consume addictive substances. Hope this helped lol 👍🏻 ❤ ur videos Rachel ♥️

As a twin momma, I disagree with all the negative comments about needing longer time. I had one twin in a nicu and one at home for the first two weeks, so I didn’t get any “recovery” time for myself as the nicu was 1 hour away, it was chaotic and I got through it fine and your work plan is totally doable to me!! I can’t imagine sitting in the house 24/7 for 8 weeks.. everyone needs to get out a little and I think your mom’s office will be the perfect little “break” from home ❤
