Thanks David, i appreciate that. That sucks you have all that rain, that would get frustrating for sure. Have you tried a crystillined wax like Renaissance Wax? Lee Valley also sells a tool protecting wax. It forms a nice protective layer on your tools to prevent rust. I use it on all my tools and ive noticed a big improvement. Its better than oiling them.

I would have gone through about 8 boxes of deck screws to hold my version together! lol! So if you had to, can you pound out the pegs to remove the top? Or is that on there permanently? Hey Will, Thanks brother, much appreciated. Id say there is about 60-80 hours in it. granted filming really slowed me down, but it was definitely a long one. All those M&Ts take time too. I agree with you on natural wood too, but this was for a customer who wanted it stained, that being said, I am really happy with how this stain looked. Oak is so easily ruined with stain, so im happy how this turned out.

I have had some white oak timber drying in my garage for about two years now so it should be about right to start my Roubo workbench using that moisture stabilized wood. The joinery you used on that table will certainly pertain to my making the workbench. Well done, both the project and the video.
