Rakeshji, today being sashti and vishaka nakshatra, both dear to Lord Subramanya, I made thirupagam and offered it as neivadhya...it came out so well and was super tasty...thanks so much for this recipe....looking forward to more such regional specialities

En payyanukum Ella sweetum labakunu ulla poganum,I did rava laddu ,payathamparuppu urundai ,dry fruit urundai and soft mysorepakku but this recipe is new I will do this also,thanks

Made it but instead of milk used reduced milk which looked like it would turn to paneer, blended kadalai mavuvwith the reduced milk, great taste and texture

Never heard of this before, the entire family liked it. It is rich, and I used almond powder as I didn't have cashew powder at home today. Just made this morning 😃

RR ji, this is revathi frn goa if u use jaggery which is gd for health instead of sugar n at the end if u put pacha kalpooram it ll taste gd . last week i prepared it came out well . hope u don't mind .Jst try it out. thnk u rgds RRRR hamra sasural bhi Tirunelveli hai aur hamari sas tanjore se hai aur maika trchy n patti tanjor se hai. hope u know hindi n im comfy with hindi n english

You can roast it slightly I guess. While grinding it to powder, it should not have any moisture content. And ensure not to let the oil ooze out, while grinding cashews. Let the man himself comment what's the perfect way to do it 😊
