Rakeshji, today being sashti and vishaka nakshatra, both dear to Lord Subramanya, I made thirupagam and offered it as neivadhya...it came out so well and was super tasty...thanks so much for this recipe....looking forward to more such regional specialities

You can roast it slightly I guess. While grinding it to powder, it should not have any moisture content. And ensure not to let the oil ooze out, while grinding cashews. Let the man himself comment what's the perfect way to do it 😊
