The authorities are sleeping over such serious issues as they are concentrating on their own interest rather than pubic interest. A medical college which has turned out to be a hub for wastes to accumulate thanks to the inaction by the concerned authorities. It appears they are good at " financial management " and waste management is something unknown to them. Indeed spine chilling. .
