I'll be honest, maybe I'm a bit of a purist. So, I'm the kind of car guy who loves OEM+ kinda builds, hates chameleon tint, and shit like slammed cars. With that being said, I hate going to car meets and being ear f*cked by some bastard in his otherwise heavily neglected, Ebay-diffuser-spec GTI, Civic, or Golf R assaulting their redline for absolutley no reason at all. Secondly, I love natural burbles/overrun/pops and bangs. That's just sexy. Racecar stuff. But unless you have actual antilag, what's the point other than destroying eardrums, your turbine fins, and general self-respect? It's definitley a taste thing, however it's honestly obnoxious in my opinion. It's just a terrible trend in the car community and I think society as a whole would be better if people didn't map gunshot pops and bangs for any non-functional purpose (antilag for example). It really does take many, many brownie points off the car. I think, if you have a pop & bang map, you're just doing a disseervice to the car community and it's just another reason for NPC's to hate car modification scene as a whole because little Billy had is ear drums ripped to shreds by some 2.0 turbo ricer doing a pull in a 30 zone. It spins spins spins if you don't have good enough tires or the weather conditions are less than desirable. If that's not the case, then it's the perfect amount of power for these cars in my opinion. Just enough to beat a lot of other cars, but not too much that the car feels out of control.

Modified K20C1 eat head-gaskets pretty fast. Put some money away for a new one & closed-deck-modification.

@@jachpriboy8989 nope, only a block mod or sleeves help, head studs won't help for long. I know of a modified K20C1 (530 HP / 680 NM) with arp head studs & athena-gasket, after 3k miles the upgrade-gasket was worn out sgain. On top cylinders 1 & 4 got cracks too. After that it got sleeved & is running fine now. Well, maybe it happens often in germany, because we drive longer at higher speeds. The earliest gasket failure on stock Motor i'm aware of, was detectet after only 26k miles...

"Track car" *has zero cooling mods* yeah this isnt really a good build to be honest. My FK8 overheated on the Nürburgring after 1,5 laps and that was with the huge Mishimoto radiator. Stock grill, stock bonnet, stock radiator. This thing will not be happy on track.
