I like the longer vids to be honest. Nothing wrong with an hour of Tyler.

same, i rather watch him then wait 2days or whatever

Yeah, it shouldn't matter if videos are one hour or two in this channel, or at least that's the idea of having a secondary channel. We want uncut footage!

I used to use two liter bottles for my preschool kids for the tornado, put some glitter in it, they loved it!
@smftv8 ай бұрын
That brought me back to my childhood! I was interested in severe weather before using that same doohickey to make a tornado. (hint: you can just turn any bottle upside down over the sink and give it a little encouragement like you did here to get the same effect). That plastic gadget does nothing but connect the two bottles together. As for the slime, I do sfx work, so I make a variety of slimes, fake bloods etc... I disagree with just about everyone on youtube who makes "slime". 99% aren't "slimes" but putties for fidgeting with. Actual slime should be a balance between water and a solid, not too dissimilar from glue; just a newly transformed non-Newtonian fluid. It should easily ooze between your fingers and be a little messy. Like the "Slimer" ghostbusters slime of the 80's (which kick-started the whole slime craze). Borax is what's known as the "activator" . It's what causes the chain reaction of polymers to trap water between them resulting in the viscous goop. All you had to do was mess with the percentages a bit and you would've had a nice little slime. The real problem was mixing it in the container they gave you. Way too small. Valiant effort for what they gave you to work with. You can pretty much make a slime out of anything, but the tried and true method, I still think is best. It's not the safest though. I prefer to use borax powder and make my own activator liquid by mixing it with water, and then add glue to it, white (or clear) if you want a translucent ooze. I recently made a safe version for Halloween this past year in which I used saline solution for contact lenses as the activator. It's a lot easier any which way you make it if you use a larger bowl. btw... I also support the longer video format. 👍

Splitting up an advent calendar into multiple videos, & not even doing the days in order, completely defeats the premise of an advent calendar themed video. I usually love all Tyler's videos but this idea was a massive fail. If you're not going to do the complete calendar in one video find something else to do.
