This is well done. The Yoruba cook this too but with palm stock (no peanut butter or extra palm oil) and preferably bush meat...we call it Tòrògoǹgo. One of the favourite meals of my childhood although I doubt many of my people know about it

You can use vegetable oil too and if you do not like peanut butter, you can use okra to make it smooth
