@@acedefective1491 Heya! It’s not a bother at all! Unfortunately, ps4 is by far the least played on platform for the game, pc being the most populated platform. However, in terms of a server for blaze as a whole we do have one! type a discordgg link followed by the custom url llbstadium! Llb stadium is a wonderful server. It has quite possibly every resource you could ever need to get started and improve at the game. We have forum style information on game mechanics, character specifics, ball control, strategy, etc.! There is also matchmaking channels for all platforms. We have channels where people can share good bursts, talk about the game, and share tech. It is also just the most popular place for blaze! A lot of active community members including myself use it a lot, and if you want to learn the game it’s the place to be!! I hope you can find some people to play with, despite ps4s player size. I would definitely recommend the pc version if that ever becomes an option for you though. Have a great day!

Oh man Doombox is one of my favorite heavies. His VO and smash are so satisfying, and his flight lets him pull some truly ridiculous shenanigans. this game also has some great RPS. If someone tries to constantly hit the ball right out of your hands you can parry for an easy kill at high speeds, but if they call your parry out they can grab it and kill you. You can also use bunts to adjust where the ball is and shorten the hitstun timer, as well as use supers to change your attack angle and timing. (Also if your opponent is low enough sometimes you can just toss a ball in their face for a KO, it's hilarious).

Yes, someone finally covered this game lol. I’ve been waiting forever for someone to give it them spotlight. Also I would consider it a fighting game, once you get into the game mechanics and strategy it becomes clear that it’s a fighting game where instead of playing neutral with your moves, you use your moves to play neutral with a death ball. Also, JustGas is a very high level player, he has his KZbin channel if you wanna check him out.

I've always thought of this game as a platform fighter. Even if the win condition is different, the movement and options fill very similar.

@@KaitouKaiju While the stage types are more traditional, the movement and "attack" options feel much more like Smash in philosophy than Street Fighter. Very few types of attacks, with combos being primarily based on movement chasing the ball than bread and butter hits that naturally chain into each other. Plus, the ball speeding up is more like knockback %, but shared.

@@darklombax2580 The idea I was getting at was that the ever increasing ball speed is somewhat similar in effect to ever increasing %. A high % will blast you off the stage, high ball speed will OHKO you. P1 comboing the ball doesn't cause P2's controls to become nonfunctional.
