I like the inside but the outside sucks balls. I mean this only as constructive criticism. Were you going for a modernist architecture look? If so, you got it 50% right, but it's still not quite working for me. Love the interior though!

nice layout,lovely windows for fresh air and light, but the couch so close to the sink...water splash while doing dishes..nah! also more counter space for me in the kitchen ,coz I cook a lot:) nice house..great tour:)

It would need to have the ability to be completely off grid for my interest. Roof water collection, solar panels, large battery bank, alternative heat, Longer kitchen counter top (galley), Murphy bed along the length, so it's out of the way, windows on both ends of the bed, too much emphasis on bedroom space and too less emphasis on kitchen space.

I'd go for a shower instead of bathtub and move the washer in the bathroom next to the shower and have a proper dishwasher in the kitchen. If its an on grid house thats what I would like to have. Apart from that it's really nice.

Out of hundreds of tiny house videos I have watched, this truly is the very best one. Love the fact that you don't have to be a minimalist with this home. You can really take your treasured keepsakes with you. The storage space is more than I have seen in any home.

Me too. It's made to be 'on grid' with a bathtub, and huge hot water tank, yet has a composting toilet where you literally have empty urine out of. A bit baffling. Otherwise, I absolutely love this tiny house.

I love that there is space above you and space on each side of you. because of this everything that is provided is doable without stress! from Windows that draw you out to a place to hang outside, there is nothing to hinder satisfying living. love the storage

Way better to live in a cookie cutter trailer, than a cookie cutter house, but not when the latter makes more economic sense. The weight? The 1/4 million dollar truck to pull it? People living in a trailer is not a new idea, re-branding it "tiny living" doesn't make it more glamorous, especially at that cost(not including moving it).

I’ve always wanted a tiny home when I’m older but this really takes the cake! I love the lay out, especially since there’s so much open space and storage. Also the bedroom as small as most tiny homes (especially height wise, which is very important for me, who’s a 5’9” girl). All in all, I would absolutely love to live in this!

Maybe if you did away with the bathtub and put in an efficient shower with a 'heat as you go' water system. you would have a spot in the washroom for the clothes washer/dryer. Then, you could use that space to have a nice office area by moving the kitchen down and putting that in front. I have seen tiny homes that actually have a segregated office room, either has the loft with dormers or a trailer that is not a goose neck, so hence two lower area rooms with lofts above. The sheer amount of configurations out there would make your head spin. This is one of the nicer ones though. Looks pricey!

What is the WEIGHT? Specifically, how much is the "Pin Weight" - I'm thinking maybe a Ford F-350 (1-ton) isn't big enough to pull this thing, you may need an F-450 truck to handle it. Well built = heavy!
