Drunk vegans will eat red meat when drunk! It’s happened to me multiple times when In my 20s. I was vegan from 25 to 37. I couldn’t digest meats that why I didn’t have it and I was lactose intolerant. Then I was vegan again at 39-40 only because I had braces and could chew up meat with them on. So I had tons of smoothies which ruined my gut acid. I’m 41 now and it turns out I can’t digest meats with plants. So I’ve been doing 95% carnivore with lots of fats and it’s really helping me. Thanks to videos like this I gave the meat, water, fats and salt diet a try and wow I am getting my gut health back, slowly! My gut, hormones, mood, sleep and strength have increased.

Wow!! I am beyond impressed with Dr. Campbell. This is exactly the information I needed to hear since I have been waffling with whether or not to give up meat for health reasons. At this point I can say I will not be giving up meat in an attempt to go vegan. I just listened to a great interview with Dr. Ted Neiman (I believe) and these two doctors complement each other. Your body needs water, protein (animal), some fats and very little carbs. Great interviews!!

@@juliesegawa6963 Pretty much. It's not forever. It lasts about 2 years. Then you can go back to eating most things including bread. The caveat is that everything is to be traditionally prepared and made at home. So instead of store bought bread, sourdough is made at home from freshly milled flour and a natural sourdough starter. Instead of store bought mayo, you make your own using olive oil, coconut oil or ghee and eggs. Raw milk from pastured cows, organ meats, eggs from pastured chickens etc. The benefits are innumerable. One of the best things about this diet is that you learn how to traditionally prepare foods. I would recommend preparing everything before starting e.g. test out some recipes on your family to see what they like. Start the diet during the summer so it's easier for kids. Sea salt and butter on everything. Copious amounts of fat. All of the information is in her book including recipes. Good luck!

Sad that we are mislead about meat so much that this can happen!

I remember countless times when I didn’t eat any red meat during the work week (eating mostly fast food available at the office), then on the weekend I would get intensive crazy red meat 🥩 craving. I felt like a hungry wolf 🐺 it was absolutely animalistic. Only once I ate red meat 🥩 I would become a human again (reasonable, calm, friendly) and able to interact with other people. I think my body knew I was starving. I’m almost one month carnivore now and I am eating 2-3 steaks per day. I know my body needs the nutrition and once it gets what it needs it will let me know.

I was at 387 in California , when I lived there and worked- after my accident. The injuries stopped my workouts cold-- before that I had done 2 hours of martial arts every day- plus Tai chi- and meditation. At 60 I knew I had to do SOMETHING. I'd tried Nutrisystem and GAINED weight all 3 times I tried it. SO- I just gave up BREAD, grains, and NIGHTSHADES as advised by a ND that i found. I went from 387 down to 250 where I am now-- in 4 years.. without workout- without meds and without anything fancy or some 'system"-- but it STOPPED when i got home here to VA. I started ketovore about 5-6 months ago- did a little good for a while- then started having the same old pains, breathing issues, and more. a WEEK ago- I watched YOUR video on PURE carnivore-- beef, eggs , butter repeat!!! I'm doing that now-- 5 eggs and half roll of TN Pride sausage (the SAGE kind) for breakfast around 8-9 am- then around 1-2pm 3 burger patties at 1/3 pound each-- fried in BUTTER with sometimes a little MUSTARD..and that's IT.. oh- and my coffee- with butter and now ONE EGG (learned from Neisha loves it)..and Ive had MORE improvements in the last 4-5 days than ALL the time from 2017 to now.. My skin is WAY clearer already- pain down to my injuiries ONLY- and sugar /sweet craving GONE-- and I NEVER thought I'd get over that.. THANK YOU-- and for this video here-- I love when a pro only CONFIRMS it.. makes the idiots that recommend the food pyramid and stuff like that look so STUPID.. besides the proof is in the pudding (which I no longer eat!! ha) RESULTS would be a better word.

Great info! I buy my foods from a local honest farmer too so I am less concerned with the high PUFA's. Thank you for writing this for others to read! Have a happy day! :D

I like how simple she breaks down the human body and how it works and then explains why she believes this. She didn’t even bother about evolution.

There are quite a few studies where they test keto diets on people with different mental health disorders, and in most it has a positive effect. I find that way more exiting than studies showing people lose weight on keto diets, as there are lots of different ways to lose weight if that is the main goal.

Hey Lillie, why don't you interview people like Dr. Paul Mason - Dr. Jason Fung - Dr. Benjamin Bikman. They would be fantastic interviews! Here is my day-to-day regime. Hope this helps at least one person: *Own your successes and also own your excuses and lack of commitment* *Disclaimer: I am not a Doctor so please do your own research* Briefly: I've been a 22/2 daily faster for the past 5 years or so, and periodically I've undertaken multi-day fasts also. My longest was 23 days in September of 2019. For 22 hours daily I consume only carbonated water, black coffee, and warm root ginger water containing Himalayan pink salt. SALT IS GOOD, don't be afraid! So from 2 weeks ago, I cut out all seed oils, in fact, all oils. I replaced them with lard, butter, and coconut oil. I also removed pasta, rice, and potatoes from my diet. I replaced them with a lot more vegetables (I like the taste of sautéed, seasoned veg especially Brussels sprouts) My one meal is sautéed with a daily change in my choice of protein. Tonight, for example, is Salmon, Cod, and 3 boiled eggs. Which ever source of animal protein I use, I always add 3 sliced boiled eggs. One hour after that fantastic home-cooked meal, I eat a small clean dessert which consists of 2 pieces of chopped fruit, and approx four dessert spoons of ground-up raw nuts and seeds, with a few dessert spoons of full-fat yogurt. (I have a large Tupperware receptacle in my fridge that contains a variety of raw ground nuts and seeds, Not Peanuts) My food is so tasty, especially after my daily 22 hour fasting period. Of course, I have my obligatory 1 large glass of cold shiraz also ; ) So, in a nutshell (no pun intended ; ) My protein intake is high, (in my one daily meal) my fats are normal, meaning, I only consume fats in my cooked food and in my dessert. And my low carbs are consumed in the form of vegetables. No pasta, rice, potatoes....very rarely anyway. About every couple of weeks I'll cook up a chicken and eggs chow-mein which contains wholemeal noodles. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it ; ) Hope this helps in some small way. *Feel free to comment and ask questions* Again, do your own research. Valuable information is at your fingertips here on KZbin. You just have to make sure that you listen and learn from the right experts in their field.....that is the most important point! Commitment to change, discipline, NO EXCUSES, and honesty are what is required to improve our health. Age is not a factor, I'm 62 years old and I exercise intensely daily and always have. Again, NO EXCUSES! Good luck to everyone. Over and Out - Leo

@@CG-mj8tk O+... the vax caused 4 of my shoulder tendons to develop calcinosis (ultrasound confirmed, and I lost about 70% of my range of motion). I refused to take pain and anti-inflammatory meds. I also did not go to any physiotherapy because my insurance refused to cover it. I went carnivore because of my gut distention (I suspected SIBO), and was shocked when it cured my shoulder, among other things. I was extremely fit and healthy until the pandemic (but I never got Covid, go figure!)
