Sound quality is vastly superior. The m3 won't be as loud as a bigger speaker. The Model L and XL straight sllap. The XL sounds better and is louder than literally any portable sound system of the same size. Oh and zero distortion at full volume.

The only problem ive had with the L and XL ive owned is that. After about 1.5 to 2 years or sooner one of the woofers can develop a strange annoying rattling sound. Other than that A1 performance.

Tested the jbl partbox 300 in comparison to the boombox... For their size they do not sound too great... But still its a different price class than this diamond box or something comparable (soundboks 2)
