I’ve been doing 4 day split for a whilechest/biceps. Back/triceps. Shoulders/traps and a leg/abs day from 45-90 minutes depending on how I’m feeling works great for me.and leaves my weekends free 😊

@@StrongandConditioned Well as you know well, the burpees are fun and very not fun at the same time. Ive done about 20 years of bodybuilding style lifting. I just like the burpee variations for conditioning for my grappling hobbie. Just busting your chops mate because not long ago youd say the same to the mases that are doing the typical gym splits. Have at it mate and I hope you gain the mass and fill out the way you hope. Peace!
