The siding is either T1-11 or smart siding. Every 4 foot where the siding meets shall be sealed with sealant to resist the elements. Every piece of trim around the windows, doors, corner trim, shall be sealed with sealant. Also look underneath the home to ensure that the siding is painted with paint every exposed wood shall be painted to protect it from water. As required per section 24 CFR 3280.307 Resistance to the elements and use. Section 42 U.S. Code 5409 States: A noncompliance manufactured home SHALL not be offered for sale or sold.
