Qigong is an essential branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine known as "Chinese Yoga" and has some striking similarities to Tai Chi, as both apply to Qi and health. Through practice, body movements, breathing techniques, sound, meditation, and mental functioning are used to work directly on Qi - our life force. Millions are made worldwide. Regular exercise can completely change your life, well-being, and lifestyle. It enables self-healing and enhances our ability to look inside and see our true potential.
Speaker - chunyi lin

This is very interesting & exciting to me. The same technique- inhale/ exhale equally is called Heart Coherence in the western world. Also Heart Math. And they teach too, that if you can practice this until you can do it automatically, ( it takes some longer than others) then your whole body system will be well. I sure am going to see if it is true for me!

I absolutely hate sinus congestion, and i also hate having to take so much medications to try and ease that specific symptom..pseudoephedrine works extremely well and was my go to for relief, untill i found this video...at first i thought..cmon this cant be how he described it? and then i tried it and was blown away at how effective the excersise is. So now i do it quite often when i catch a cold, actually back to back colds...grrrr...second time in 2 years this has happened to me..after suffering a whole week with the cold, only to be infected with a different cold virus, couple days later i was congested again, only worse this time. So i just wanted to thank you Fine Sir for revealing this to me, i use it as often as i can, but it does look strange, im sure, from the outside looking in..my sister thought id become a heroin user and was tapping for a vein..lol If you have any other secret remedies, please do not hold back chief!

I need to practice doing this for my impaired liver but in a gentler breathing pattern, but I can't get my bottom stomach to move when breathing in gentle breathing pattern. I can exhale better and longer than inhale or at least whole the air out longer. I may be trying too hard because I am very sore for a few days towards the right side and toward the back muscle and side rib area after doing this. I purchase your book hoping to get better at it.
