This is the Qigong Basic Acupressure Daily. Press These 3 Acupressure Points daily, press ( and release ) each point in 60 Seconds will help you to maintain healthy and happy life.
You can apply this Qigong Routine 5 Minutes after Qigong daily Routine, right before going to bed or anytime that you need to rest and relax your body and mind.
*** 3 Acupressure Points:
1. Press at Center of Palm | Pericardium 8 (PC-8) 0:39 : Strengthen Internal Organs.
2. Press at Connection Between Thumb and Index Finger (Joining Valley) | Large Intestine 4 ( LI-4) 3:47 : Reduce Headache, Toothaches
3. Press at Point ( 3 Fingers from inner Wrist) | Pericardium 6 (PC-6) 6:42 : Release Gas In the body, Support Digest System.

My Grandmother taught me this over 60 years ago ( Press #2 ). she did it for me when I use to have migrane headaches and it always worked. Thank you.

I do this now for 2 days. Today i woke up and had a heavy headache, real pain. I did your exercises, and the 2nd one, where to press between thumb and index finger i did, and my headaches were gone fast. Also i started to practice a little bit Falun Gong. Thank you so much! I wish you a long and healthy life my friend! The world is so bad and mad, we have to remember -and go to- the roots of our existence. Thousands of years old exercises, meditation and practices cannot be wrong! People have to relief of stress, calm down and take some time for themself! I am not very rich, not to say i am poor. But i am happy and maybe more healthy than the rich guys. Money is not all. Can you take your Money with you if you die one day? Only your Life experience counts, and what you did good for others. That´s my belief. Enjoy your life, do something good today.

Don’t you think, that Jesus lived in times, where people most likely used some of this methods? Don’t you think He used some of it? It’s all possible, right!? So, what makes you to believe, that you are entitled to chastise people for their beliefs? Who do you think you are, that you just like that, can preach? @@radkahunter2908 LOL! You are hereby Chastising the Chastizer! There are many studies that actually reveal the Jesus studied n India and Tibet and even disclose some of the places he stayed. He is a master of infinite eternal life and His Teachings are the truth is how they were able to survive many translations and still a thread of truth comes through. He only was tring to tell us that each of US is the incarnation of LIFE, TRuth and GOD..We are the light of the WORLD. Some of the Christians do not quite understand his teachings. He didnt "Die" to excuse them of their sins...Only tried to reveal to them that we are the great I AM. with infinite possiblilities and eternal life. Thank you for reading. I love Brother Insight. Only recently have started practicing his morning routine for neck lower back and shoulders and already feel BETTER!

I'm sorry but this kind of video is more dangerous than beneficial. This "monk" is clearly not qualified to educate on these points or I suspect any Acu points. No warnings have been given for anyone following these instructions. No real information on what the points do what they don't do and what symptoms they actually treat. Not even their names. This is the worst kind of video to use for information/ therapy suggestions or promotion of Traditional Chinese Medical knowledge. People PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THIS VIDEO. If you wish to use acupressure in your lives get real instruction from a qualified therapist or at least a very good book that will explain the uses, limits and cautions. Despite western medical attitudes Acupressure can have very real and at times very strong immediate effects. It's not a toy to play with and an do some very real harm. So briefly: 1st Point: Lao Gong - Pericardium channel - Does not strengthen all the internal organs. It can help massage your heart and affect your heart and pericardium however too strong/ prolonged pressure or on the wrong person for various health issues known or unknown can have very negative effects. 2nd Point: Hegu - Large Intestine Channel - Useful for frontal headaches behind the eyes and a whole range of other issues but will not effect central or occipital headaches. DO NOT USE ON PREGNANT WOMEN ! There is also another point very close to this one nearer the apex that people often get mixed up with Hegu. This point should you press it can have very damaging effects on your health. 3rd Point: Neiguan - Pericardium Channel - THIS DOES NOT RELEASE GAS/ WIND IN THE BODY NOR DOES IT SUPPORT THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. As a pressure point it can be used in various ways but probably one of the most useful to the novice is as a point to help negotiate travel sickness. Please people beware of this kind of video. A bald head and monk robes does not a wise man make. It's important. Sorry if I sound rude but this kind of thing can not only hurt people but has a very negative effect on Chinese medicine and true Chinese wisdom.

buddhism is THE OFFICIAL RELIGION OF SRI LANKA buddhist priests have been and are extremely powerful politically in Sri Lanka. At least 85% of Sri Lankans are buddhists! LOOK at what Sri Lanka has become - teetering at the brink of starvation and bankruptcy. buddha was a nephilim giant and is worshiped as a god even though buddhism claims not to believe in any specific god. The buddhists in Sri Lanka (I grew up there) worship the hindu gods, that are nephilim/demons/hybrids. Politicians court voters by openly engaging in demon worship. I went through all the religions in Sri Lanka. The ONLY Way to GOD and to change from within permanently (not just while you are meditatin and fall into the same distress right after you stop) is to give your life to The LORD JESUS CHRIST - not christianity as a religion or any church. Get BORN AGAIN of The Spirit of The LORD JESUS and you will know PERMANENT Peace within you, not a head reasoned, "trying to convince yourself" peace! .

@@hannaha7304 Hi. Just the first 3 days. And I do it everyday. I have had pain in my feet and stomach problem for longtime and gone now. Just do it patiently everyday It takes 6 minutes. I do also in the day time if I want it. I wish you good health.

Also try looking up Vegas nerve ear massage. It's the most relaxed I've ever felt. I did it during a severe anxiety attack and I felt my anxiety littery wash away like someone pours warm water over my head and washed it off my body, I felt it melt down from my head down to my feet with this warm feeling. It was quite odd, but worked.

My latest loss was an Irish Red & White Setter, named EmmaLou, thank you, for your recommendation. She went to the Rainbow bridge accompanied by my late husband, my late parents and several other souls came to get her on Friday August 5, my heart is again broken, but the beautiful souls helped her to cross was so beautiful. I heard the sound of her angel wings being brought to her. I am intuitive and am so grateful for it. I would have been so lost without it, and you have given me one more resource I was not yet acquainted with

I watched this sometime ago and did not practice. A few days ago, a friend had post surgery pain. I did the pain pressure point and the pain was gone. Its a great help. Thank you

Suddenly I had a unbearable pain in my left hand between 1st finger and thumb .I couldn't fold my first finger. I did this exercise just one day. Unbelievable it's gone. Really it's a miracle,surprise. I do when I have time. Thanks a lot for the video sir. 🙏

The whole time I did the third one, my stomach was active. It started gurgling immediately, and I could hear and feel movement and activity the whole time and afterwards. Amazing! Thank you for these techniques!!!

Thank you dear brother for your wonderful QiGong practice🥰 I have been doing your meditation practice for several days now. I have added them to my normal practices of other Qi Gong exercises along with Tai Chi and Yoga. These have been helping me with my pain management program that I have set forth for myself. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis. I live a very positive energy life. I meditate as often as I can. With all the toxic energy in our world, these practices have helped me be focused in my life. I have studied Acupuncture for many years, and have used the 'hegu or hoku' point on the mound of the fleshy point between the forefinger and thumb as a tool for helping constipation or diarrhea, also a major therapeutic point. It can reduce your blood pressure very effectively in combination with the Neiguan, or Pericardium 7 (3 fingers down in the inside wrist) in the groove between the tendons. This point can also calm the heart and reducing fast or skipped heartbeats. It is also used for lowering BP, and also the other important point is GB (gall bladder 30) on each side at the hollow behind the ear and occipital bone. Good for wind invasion and headaches etc. Good info! Thanks for spreading Joy!

Another wonderful practice, Bother Insight. Your videos have enriched my health and my sense of well being. I was diagnosed earlier this year with dangerously high blood pressure and I have emphysema. I immediately quit smoking and began learning how to breathe again. I now do the qigong exercises you have taught me every day, and I feel healthier all the time and I will now incorporate these accupressure exercises. I thank you with all my heart for sharing your wisdom.

I'm sorry but this kind of video is more dangerous than beneficial. This "monk" is clearly not qualified to educate on these points or I suspect any Acu points. No warnings have been given for anyone following these instructions. No real information on what the points do what they don't do and what symptoms they actually treat. Not even their names. This is the worst kind of video to use for information/ therapy suggestions or promotion of Traditional Chinese Medical knowledge. People PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW THIS VIDEO. If you wish to use acupressure in your lives get real instruction from a qualified therapist or at least a very good book that will explain the uses, limits and cautions. Despite western medical attitudes Acupressure can have very real and at times very strong immediate effects. It's not a toy to play with and an do some very real harm. So briefly: 1st Point: Lao Gong - Pericardium channel - Does not strengthen all the internal organs. It can help massage your heart and affect your heart and pericardium however too strong/ prolonged pressure or on the wrong person for various health issues known or unknown can have very negative effects. 2nd Point: Hegu - Large Intestine Channel - Useful for frontal headaches behind the eyes and a whole range of other issues but will not effect central or occipital headaches. DO NOT USE ON PREGNANT WOMEN ! There is also another point very close to this one nearer the apex that people often get mixed up with Hegu. This point should you press it can have very damaging effects on your health. 3rd Point: Neiguan - Pericardium Channel - THIS DOES NOT RELEASE GAS/ WIND IN THE BODY NOR DOES IT SUPPORT THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM. As a pressure point it can be used in various ways but probably one of the most useful to the novice is as a point to help negotiate travel sickness. Please people beware of this kind of video. A bald head and monk robes does not a wise man make. It's important. Sorry if I sound rude but this kind of thing can not only hurt people but has a very negative effect on Chinese medicine and true Chinese wisdom.

Hi John, I have a healing tip for your blood pressure: mistletoe - NOT the berries, because they are poisonos, but the rest of the plant - leaves and brunches are healingful! You can buy it in pharmacy or herbs- händler, yet should be a good one. Preparation: 3 teespoons of the dry herb, cover with 300ml water (room T°), put a lid on and let it stay over night / 7-8 hrs. In the morning heat it carefully - max. 40 degrees Celsius ( higher T°destrois the healing substanses) and drink 3x 100ml, best 30 min. prior eating. Drink it for at least 2 months or longer if necessary. Good luck!

I contort my body every day to keep myself in shape. I also do acupressure to relieve the stress in my muscles.
