I love your approach and the fact you have been working on multiple skills at the same time. I have been doing something very similar and no long ago, at around the same time I unlocked tuck planche, advanced tuck front lever and ring muscle up (225 lb bodyweight). It works ❤️

I just injured my wrist training the planche. This video is super helpful because I feel like I was not training the planche in a smart way, which led to my injury. I would typically just do high intensity planche work; however, it’s good to have those lower intensity days as well. I’ll definitely be approaching it like this when I’m back and ready to go. 🤙🏽

Dope content mate thanks. However u said u were training pull and push on the same days. But were u training the pull in a similar way ?
@TheJackedVegan Жыл бұрын
Depends on the pull skill I’m learning but generally I train pull slightly differently but it’s similar
@Leo-wb2wh Жыл бұрын
@@TheJackedVegan Ooook ty! But wouldn't u recommand to push and pull on different days if we implement weighted exercises to get more rest ?

Amazing program! I’m going to incorporate it with my front lever so I can build my straddle front lever to like…5-6 seconds with good form. Keep up the good work boss man huge inspo! ❤

Thanks bro for the info. Until now i have been training for planche and front lever once a week and two workouts were basics. Now i am starting to learn planche and fl seriously, so i am going to work them 3 times a week. It is because of your videos and i am very thankful. P.s what do you think which is better to train fl and planche on the same workout like 1st planche, 2nd fl, 3rd planche and etc or train them on different days.

@TheJackedVegan I workout usually 4 to 5 days a week. I've made great progress, but have kind of hit a plateau. It is becoming apparent to make the next step I need to be more intentional and deloading and routines like you described is what is missing. I need more info on general.

Great video! Too advanced for me though. Stuck at tuck planche for a full year. What kind of schedule would you suggest for someone who can hold a tuck planche for 8 seconds and a band-assisted advanced tuck planche for 12 secodns?

While doing a routine like this, would you start with the lighter bands first (hardest variation) then as you fatigue move to thicker bands? Or start with heavier bands and make the routine harder? Thank you.
@soundbreakermusic Жыл бұрын
do light bands first whilst you have a fresh body and max strength, then do heavier band to focus on form/correct muscle activation

why would you take a different approach for the maltese?@@TheJackedVegan

@danielwilkins4072 hey Daniel bro! Because of the stress on the tendons on Maltese I’d probably reduce the frequency, Maltese 4x per week is a lot if you’re still learning so changes like that
