Nice video Noah. I'm in NC, near Raleigh, and haven't fished because of the weather lately. The pond that I have available to me to fish in is just a really bad one for larger fish. It's a catch and release only pond (small lake, really) so it's really overpopulated with dinks. (Most bass I catch are 1/4 lb. - 3/4 lb.) The last two times I went out in December I was skunked. Not even a panfish! Didn't see any fish at all in the shallows. When it's cold, I believe they all go out to the deeper water, which is very unreachable from the shore. ...You know, one thing I would really like KZbin fishermen to do is put the actual date you fish up in the info section. Date fished , part of the country and outside temp. Just a thought. Really enjoyed that 5 pounder. My last 5 was over 30 years ago. Just haven't been blessed with good fishing locations near where I have lived, so it's always great to see someone else having a great time fishing and being successful. Have a great Christmas! @@Realaveragejojo hey man some people have luck like that on spinnerbaits lol but I’m excited for it I’ve stocked up on a bunch of different bladed jigs and can’t wait to throw them all. I struggled with jigs but all it takes is one fish to get more confidence and now it’s one of my go to’s specifically the swim jig

Hey! I'm Carson and I love to fish as well! I've seen almost all your vids they are awesome! I have a great fishing spot that tou should try! I see in one video that you made, you went to one close by to where I live it was Amherst! My fav spot that you should try is a great pond as well! Here is an address next to the pond, 102 shellflower cove! I have never had any trouble there! I always go there and catch huge bass! I caught my PB bass there! I'd say it was 12+ pounds! And the cast before that I caught about a 7 pounder! It is gated, but fishing is allowed there so you can prob go around the gate or wait until a car drives in! It's the first pond in the gate! It is in the Tuscawilla neighborhood!

102 Nandina terrace is one address next to the pond to get an idea of where it is, and another address just in case is 100 shellflower cove because I switched it around on accident on the first comment!

One more thing worms, wacky rigged senkos, and maybe chatterdonks, some small spinnerbaits for some reason and sometimes topwater, live baits and more! I would use a weightless wacky rigged senko or zoom finese worm!

Sorry to mention again lol but the neighborhood is called Howell creek reserve, bit the pond is not a creek lol its a decent sized pond! There is a handful of ponds in the area, but this one is by far the best one! If you go hopefully you catch some!
