I drove a 2018 V6 Double Cab at My local Chevy Dealership just cuz they didn’t have in stock the crew cab but I was shocked that 4.3 does have balls.. My first 2004 Silverado was a 4.8 v8 and traded that in for a 2007 5.3 v8 traded that in down the road and bought a 2014 Lexus GS 350 lowered on RS-R SuperDown Lowering Springs on 20s staggered 20x9.5 & 20x10.5 this whip is fast and great on gas.. but now I need a truck again so I’m selling that to possibly jump in the v6 4.3 2015 Silverado crew cab Brownstone Metallic God Willing on a 2/4.5 drop Rough Country and Texas Edition Reps or Dub Ballers 24s with 295/35/24

don't get a truck then bro lol if you do, invest in a Range AFM Disabler. it'll run V6 or 8 on all cylinders. should get a small increase in mileage

v6 is too weak for a full crewcab imo. not a big difference in mpg either, my 5.3 avgs around 17-25 depending on how you drive. with forces on

My cousin has a 15' crewcab v6 and if i were you id go with the 5.3, i mean the v6 aint bad but most come with a 6 spd and tbh that tranny is clunky sometimes, and throttle response aint the best either, mpg is almost the same as the 5.3, but then again the tranny clunkiness and throttle response can probably be fixed with a cold air intake and a tune, but id say 5.3 is a better overall option
