What is the Craziest Diet or Workout "fad" that you have tried?

Carnivore Diet was pretty extreme and Keto I lost the most but now I look back, it seemed ignorant cause I was nearly starving myself.

A few weeks ago, I decided to build a chest freezer cold plunge. I followed some ideas from another channel in the build but ended up watching quite a few of your ice bath related videos, subsequently subbing to the channel. I learned about maintenance and cleaning in a way that wasn't going to leave me soaking in poison. I learned about different equipment options and some perks or drawbacks to them, and more. I like your pace, the videos aren't too long and you're moving through the content without dragging it out. Personally, I like your demeanor and you remind me of someone I used to work with. Your edits aren't necessarily fancy or whatever but I like the simplicity and focus on the message you're sharing instead of trying to make a movie production or TikTok.

Thanks for the coupon, may definitely try it out. For me if workout for 45 mins atleast a day of heavy cardio, a lot of water, don’t eat in the morning until I’m actually hungry.. less electronics then I seem to do very well.
