Also because of the big trades the Knicks lost a lot of chemistry. But the Knicks the past couple games have shown there getting that chemistry back. The Knicks are also going to look a lot scarier by march just look at last years despite a tone of injuries at the end of the season we still looked better then we did in the beginning of the season. Why because of one man Jalen Brunson he is so much better at the end of the season then the beginning combined that with injured players coming back and a lot better chemistry the Knicks could absolutely beat Boston 💯

Brunson is doing his job as a PG, he had to carry the load of scoring cuz randle was inconsistent, now he doesn't have cuz KAT can provide extra scoring and OG Is coming out and hart is too Brunson is ok Im glad his assist numbers are growing LET'S GO KNICKS

This isn't the 1980's. There's no such thing as a classic pass first pg anymore. Just look at the top "point guards" in the NBA. Steph, Dame, Fox, SGA, Young, Halliburton etc etc etc etc. They're ALL score first players.

In the 70’s the same thing happened to the New York Knicks. To create a Championship team the Knicks went out and got Earl the Pearl Monroe. The Knicks traded away Mike Wierdon to get Monroe. People in the NBA said that the trade wouldn’t work. They could not see how The Pearl would fit in with the team by the way he played. The Pearl was a scorer shoot first before passing the ball. Well when he came to the Knicks he changed his game and the rest is history. This Knicks team can do the same thing. They can make history.

The difference is they had a championship winning head coach in Red Holzman, not a loser like Thibs. Secondly, the Knicks core were already champions. You're acting like they won their first title w Pearl. Third, Pearl was brought in to score, not run the offense. That was Clyde's job. Pearl was nothing more than an upgrade from Dick Barnett at SG. I know the majority of the people watching this video have never seen any of the classic Knicks play but some of us did and you're kind of trying to rewrite history. The only thing Pearl had to adjust was not being the primary ball handler.
