@@xxEzraBxxx Based on the ToS which is in ordinance with the DMCA, KZbin clearly lays out its function in these scenarios. Ultimately, it's not the platform's job to defend you, but to remove content immediately while the dispute is settled/negotiated between the parties. KZbin expects disputes to be settled between the parties in court. So technically removing your video per the request of another is KZbin's way of being neutral. Is it fair? Eh, debatable. The system in place clearly favors larger entities who can try to ignore you until you give up and can afford strong litigators in the case their tactic doesn't work, but at the same time.... It's a boilerplate contract, meaning we all agreed to have less wiggle room when the fat cats punish us.

Sadly, the account that is his back-up account may not be under his name. If he used a friends name or family members name, then I'm pretty sure there's nothing KZbin can do. Look back at Drama Alert, I'm pretty sure he got banned, but made a new account and Adsense for it under a friends name and was able to keep filming videos cause even though it was his face, the account was someone else's. I hope that's not the case, and KZbin can get him off the platform fully... But I'm not sure if it'll work. It is a good thing though to notify them of the channel, so it can be under moderation while he's streaming/uploading.

It was not directed toward EZScape, nor was the bit about the "copyright team" referring to his video. That comment was actually on the r/speedrun post titled "KZbinr Cheats in Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories Speedrun TWICE, Harasses and Copyright Strikes True World Record Holder", which first discussed CaveiraGames' false strike against GFC. It was a direct reply to GFC. In other words, TeamKZbin was referring to the takedown of GFC's video, which indeed was done under the terms of a (bogus) copyright claim.

A thing about privacy and sharing public things (at least in Europe): just because something is public doesn't mean you have the rights to share it! We had some cases with that in the past, like the Bluetouffe case (L'affaire Bluetouffe). But all in all, thank both of yoa for your videos!

Not saying I disagree, simply playing Devil's Advocate, but how do you expect him to show he is a new man who has learned his lesson if his alt channel gets struck instantly? And Kick him off the internet? That seems a little cruel, dont ya think? The Internet was built without traffic cops and safety and privacy checks. It is actually illegal to permanently restrict someone's free speech (it is not violating any existing laws) Let's wait to see if he changes at all. If he doesn't, well, second verse...

However much of a bad persona he is, he is still a human being, and still deserves to be treated as such. Just, consider that next time.

As for the human being thing, yeah he is a human too, but till he decides to not be such a bad person and how he treats others (specifically that one girl he decided to constantly "harass") and thinks he shouldn't get any thing that comes his way. I don't think I can fully see eye to eye with him.
