Use a mouthwash with 50% hydrogen peroxide 50% water. use a waterpik with adjustable pressure settings put a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide in the water of the waterpik. Use the Waterpik at least twice a week. And if you still have your tonsils there's a good chance you have tonsil stones. Use the Waterpik with the hydrogen peroxide mixture on the low setting of The Waterpik to clean out the tonsil stones. Brush your teeth twice a day and try to stay away from Dairy as much as possible.

One of the main reasons for bad breath (if you’re someone who takes care of your mouth and it still persists) comes from your tonsils. Some people have big tonsils with pockets in them that allow for tonsils stones (called tonsilloliths) to build up in there. Tonsil stones are tiny little white super smelly mineralizations of debris caused by bacterial build up that accumulate in the pockets. Gargling with salt water can help to break them down, or manually removing them. Surgery to smooth out the pockets in the tonsils or fully removal of them will definitely help if the issue is severe or causes recurring infections. I wish more dentists/doctors would discuss this.

Yes, take a look at people who live the promiscuous party lifestyle and look at before and after photos-if you can. You’ll see a distinct look of wear and tear on these people. It’s an assault on the human immune system, like going to big public events with crowds. We know now, post Covid, how all this affects our immune system and puts us at risk of catching things from other people.
