This CS2 sticker update is INSANE

its going to make pricing crafts an absolute nightmare. Like imagine someone applies stickers in the old positions but they rotated them.... like how do you value that

@@ptreeNA it's not gonna be as big of a deal, if you make it look better then you get more money, that should be the end of discussion. old crafts used to be amazing due to how it looked plus the added rareness. however due to the new ability of creating even better looking or memeable crafts will make a nice change i think.

They will probably add a 5th default position, like they did with the USP and M4A1 already, to all guns and those 5 default positions will be treated like the 4 did before the update. Expensive crafts with custom positions will probably be pretty rare.

This is such an unnecessary "feature"! I'm sure there's some financial incentives for Valve, but for us is pretty useless and it sure fucked over anybody who collects rare crafts, souvenirs etc.

First of all, thanks for the video. Secondly, this is so sad. I don't understand this willingness of Valve to destroy legacy of CS:GO. Even if I look from the business perspective, why would you disappoint a loyal customer base by removing everything which made those people love this game. As time passes, this game moves away from what people liked. If the goal is creating new playerbase with new preferences, then it is time to play another game.

@@night3094 There is a difference between living in the past, and not liking the updates. I was okay with new lightings engines etc. However, it is disputable that this game became itself thanks to skins market and the other consumables. I don't see a future, but it is just my opinion. Of course I will be replaced by the other consumers and this game may live for a really long time, but just not for the people who think like me.

Personally don't hate it I think it gives people a ton of options and for anyone invested in unapplied are having the best day of their lives right now. I like the simplicity of locking 4x positions but 5x makes more sense for autograph stickers and despite the crazy crafts that will be made, I like moving stickers around to my liking. I think the biggest problem is that this change wasn't made in 2015 when autographs were first released
