Oh. No, he just fiddled around with my head for a while telling me to relax (which I did), and then pulled. I didn´t expect it. And that was the best one. Later I was scared. :). So I was always sort of "oh no", all muscles tensed, thinking to myself "oh no, the tensed muscles and pulling don´t go well together" etc. :D. Just could not help myself. I didn´t know anything about chiro really, I just got my ribcage blocked and somebody recommended a chiropractor they knew to me... I am so happy they did :)

I think the hip bones being locked into place with the wet towel is the best method. This is after catching 100s of these types of head pulls from different chiropractors. Locked hips makes the most sense, especially since sometimes they uave someones hold there legs.

Don’t recommend any traction decompression of the neck on patients with instability or muscle, ligament weakness. People with instability need to be tight and have tension. Ask anyone with lower back instability to bend down and touch their toes and they will tell you stretching makes them pain. Overall Handsome doc knows what he’s doing so no problems.
