Even if this isn't keto, it looks incredibly tasty. I think it would be awesome with some pork. Then i could, if I oused coconut flour for the coating, pour it over cauliflower rice. And I do love cauliflower. Thank you for this one. Anythingblike this, that's pretty easy to ketofy and something i could share with my family, is a bonus.

Gobi manchurian is one of my absolute favourite dishes. The taste, texture everything is just perfect. But I have to agree, chicken manchurian is much better.😅

I'm a bit confused on "corn flour". I know only about corn starch, cornmeal and masa. I'm sure it's an Indian market vs US market thing. Any idea what I'm looking for in the US?

Corn starch is what you want. It's called corn flour in India.

No Keto version. I guess you can air fry the gobi without any coating and toss it in the sauce minus the cornflour to make it more Keto friendly.

Ive just spent this morning making (and eating) your Keto Mac & Cheese, so when I saw this was also a cauliflower recipe I thought I'd like to make it but turn it keto. I think I can substitute xanthan gum instead of cornflower to thicken the sauce so going to search for a replacement batter . I may do some experiments with the different keto flours I have in the cupboard already.
