This morning I received an email from a stakeholder at work saying how my work has been terrible. My immediate response was a negative thought and I said to myself - I’m not good enough. I immediately allowed it to come and soon felt I can’t connect with I’m not good enough because I’m a rockstar! The moment I did that - I smiled and kept saying so. I have gone ahead and resolved the concern raised via the email but only feeling more empowered than weak and undervalued. Again another gem Tom! Bless you everyday!

@@lightworker4512 In no way does this reflect arrogance or lack of humility. This path in itself is of self reflection and the path to feeling stronger and better. And in no way does this signify - I’m ok but you’re not! As I see it - I’m ok and so are you! So yes I do have every right to say I’m a rockstar because I am! And btw - I did redo the work - which makes me realistic and humble. But definitely not think less of myself!

I used to try and run away from my unwanted thoughts & feelings by watching a video or show to make me feel better rather than putting my awareness on my feeling in my body. I didn’t know if you actually felt it that it went away! 🥴 I Can finally watch the videos for the perspective rather than a crutch! Thank you for that lesson!

Love this! For me, the "zoom out" technique works really well which is essentially creating space between me and the negative thoughts/emotions so it doesn't feel so up close and personal. Lately I've noticed a tendency to have imaginary arguments with people. I think it comes from being in a tumultuous long-term relationship where I was constantly waiting for the other shoe to drop. So for instance I'll tell someone I can't meet with them and then I imagine the person getting angry with me and then I have to "stand my ground." The funny thing is that these "conflicts" hardly ever come to pass! So now I catch myself and say, "There I go, gearing up for an imaginary fight, time to put on the boxing gloves" and I'll laugh at myself and it defuses the emotion.

When you said thoughts are just thoughts until you judge them and this reminded me of the bible when it says "judge not and be not judged" OMG so that meant something totally different than what we have all been taught! I just was wondering what that really meant I never believed 100% that it was about not judging people and now I know that's not what that meant it's all about not judging what we don't want to experience with our thoughts. That's what I got from this..

It’s really about not judging anything (people, thoughts, conditions etc) in 3D. We are only ever “perceiving” a faction (less than 0.1%) of Ultimate Reality!!

I am glad you brought this topic up as it is one that I struggle with. I don't quite understand when you say the "judged" negative thought is really a positive thought, do you mean we should tell ourself the opposite? I mean, let's say I have the thought "I never seem to have enough", my next thought should be "I always have more than what I need"? When I catch myself having a negative thought I say to myself, "thought". This stops me from judging it or giving it attention, but some days it's one after the other especially if I'm in a place where I can't just stop and meditate like work or driving. There's a lot of blaming in my thoughts; blaming myself, blaming others, questioning my desires what the will of God is. I know that what I see out there is a mirror to what is inside me. When I meditate I feel the love, the peace that I am but how do I feel that I have everything already when the I Am has no needs but in my 3D reality I do. I have been in the last few days practicing, like you taught, denying what isn't love but now thoughts blaming me for not being grateful enough and content with what I have keep coming up and questioning my desire which I've had for years comes back and wondering how, if it's not God's will the desire persists and if it is God's will why it doesn't manifest. See, the thing is I can manifest anything that I don't really want, not necessarily bad things but often what other people want for me or feel I should do.

Hi Nancy! The message isn’t that a “judged negative thought is a positive thought. The message is that whenever you “judge” something unwanted or negative, it means there is a positive desire of something you do want on the other end. Thoughts are just thoughts until you label them and judge them!!!

Tom, another great video. I do have a question. One of your recent videos that was a real breakthrough for me, where you spoke about how your client just intended and lived in the love that he was for 48 hours and he saw a big shift in his perspective 3d. You mentioned in that video to question the reality of anything that is not like love, which I have been doing. However here you are saying to either not pay attention or let it be and the second option is to feel the perceived contrary feeling all the way through until it releases . Aren't these two videos at a little bit of odds with each other because from my understanding the first video about being the love that you are is enough, felt like you meant challenging the reality of anything that is unlike love by telling yourself something like "that isn't love, that cannot be real" when say a negative perceived thought comes up, which now seems like whack-a-mole based on this video. TYVM.
@BeSomethingWonderful
@BeSomethingWonderful 2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! There are never any contradictions. All of the teachings are about focusing on what you want. If you are “feeling” negative emotion, feel it fully to the end and release it. If you resist negative emotions and conditions, you keep them in place and “make them your reality!” It’s always about focusing on the wanted (without attachment) and not resisting what you don’t want!! There is a lot of content on the Channel that can help guide you!!!
