Lightning McQueen started out selfish and uncaring, but his time in Radiator Springs changed that. He made friends (while paying for his unintentional property damage), learned new tricks, and became less selfish. He gave up first place, just so he could help someone else out. She-Hulk is selfish at the beginning, but this is a female propaganda show, so obviously she's going to get more selfish as time goes on. Hulk is better than She-Hulk not because Bruce is stronger (fairly certain Hulk is stronger in the comics though, I never read them), it's because he's dealt with the Hulk for 15 years. Hulk is a monster that could destroy entire cities (hell, he beat up Loki while calling him a "puny god"), but Bruce keeps him in check so he only comes out when the world needs his help. Jen is literally abusing her Hulk form and not taking any responsibility for it

Regarding Jennifer's Walter's boss, he is the CEO or the likes for the law firm. And from what the show tells you, it is one of the most prestigious law firms in the entire MCU. So one of 2 things, either boss man had to impress more then just guys to reach the top of his position as head honcho, or B, he started the law firm and had to prove his worth and his law firms worth to reach such high standings. Either way, Jennifer "I have no idea how to lawyer" Walter has no rights to talk about the man not having to prove himself. Considering she's never had to prove anything.

She's also acting more pleasant and doesn't have straight up greater feats than Thor himself. There isn't that much of a confusion. Didn't see "LOVE & THUNDER" But I found SHE-HULK using "THOR" as an example to be ironic because "MARVEL'S THOR" is heavily trademarked. If I wrote a comic book I can use the NORSE GOD "THOR" but I need to be DAMN SURE it doesn't infringe on "MARVEL/DISNEY'S: THOR" or I'll be sued for "copyright infringement." In NO WAY can I use "IRON MAN" because STAN LEE created that character, but "THOR" the NORSE GOD is in the public domain. ( a person is innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt) This is the reason why she hulk attacks would put her in trouble. If Titania was found to be guilty she hulk could have a defence as she acted in prevention of further violence and prevention of destruction of public property. But you can’t bring this defence when personal in question is innocent. This would make much more interesting story if the show actually focused on this instead of copyright bs. Or Titania is on parole or bail and sued she hulk for copyright.

I always wondered why Titania got off scott free without any penalties after breaking a wall in court terrorizing people. Never explained. There are a lot of silly head scratcher moments on She-Hulk but it does have a few funny moments so I continue to watch. I guess as a comedy we are supposed to look past the plot holes. Also, why were the "wrecking crew" so under powered in this show. They took on some big heroes in the comics, as their weapons have Asgardian power. The writers are either not doing their comic book research or like to change things up.

Trademarks and Copyright doesn't even work that way. All Jennifer would have to do is walk into the court room and play a clip from the news showing the news referring to her as She-Hulk. Remember, she doesn't have to prove that she owns the name, all she has to do is refute the copyright of plaintiff. And proving that the She-Hulk moniker existed before the copyright claim, would nullify the claim. The worst possible outcome is that neither get the trademark (because really neither should because it was made up by the media.)

I mean, I'm not a lawyer, yet I had to study some legislation for my design grade. Correct me if I'm wrong but since She-Hulk (the cosmetic brand) does not bother the She-Hulk's (the person) business, wich is being a lawyer by the name Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk being a nickname); and the She-Hulk (brand) does not suffer from She-Hulk (the person) existance and does not affect it's product sales (should be proven otherwise), or business, since She-Hulk (the person) is not other brand, not even on the same business category... Wouldn't it be null? Like how Lotus (The car brand) Lotus (the clocks brand) and Spider-Man: Lotus (the polemic fan film) exist together? Or should Kiko Milano and Victoria's Secret demand every single person or artist named Kiko, Milano or Victoria? Thinking about it, a source for conflict that makes sense is that maybe She-Hulk can prove (as a defence) that, since the brand started after She-Hulk's existance, it was made with only one intention, to take advantage over the already famous name without any other purpose than that, and that is affecting her because people associate her with the brand (something the episode did not show at all, only a dialogue and that's all). So the brand would need to prove that the idea for the name came before or came from an original idea, and that they had no previous knowledge of She-Hulk's existance, something hard, knowing that Titania was punched in the privates by the She-Hulk herself

One great thing about this episode is that it was only about 23 minutes long, if you don't count the opening and closing credits. And they still couldn't come up with anything interesting to fill that short time. But, I admit to getting a bit of enjoyment out of this show as it really does reveal the inane narcissism of the urban feminist Left.

I'm surprised you didn't mention how they completely changed Pug (the male lawyer in the B plot) so completely he is a completely different character from when he was in episode 3. A lot of reviewers are overlooking this but it's a pretty damn big change and one with consequences too. In Episode 3 Pug was a mostly normal person, maybe slightly quirky, and a reasonably intelligent and competent lawyer, far moreso than Jen actually. Now, suddenly, the moment he steps on-screen in Episode 5 he's 100% dumbass dude-bro who no law firm would EVER hire nor would any law school ever allow to attend. And that's not being hyperbolic either, his tone, manner of speech, and intelligence level nose-dive off a cliff in episode 5 to the point you question if he can even feed or dress himself properly. The only reason why I can see the writers making such a monumental change, to the point that this is literally a different character, is because they realized after writing episode 3 that Pug makes Jen look like a horrible lawyer who shouldn't actually have this job and since this show is all about "girl power" they certainly couldn't have that. I've only seen this change addressed in one other review about the episode but really it should be brought much more to the forefront because it really highlights just how terrible these writers are and why they should never have been given this show.

What do you mean no law firm or law school would take him?? Pugs characterization is just like half the attorney I've talked to outside of the courtroom. Pug ad Mallory’s characters are pretty much the 2 main types of attorneys you come across. I'm genuinely confused about what you mean by that. Also Pug didn't really do anything unintelligent in the episode. Could you provide examples because it just seemed like he really liked superheroes. The “dumbest” thing he did was think the dripbroker was in the boba shop but that's just because of bad messaging.

Now, suddenly, in episode 5, he's 100% dude-bro with about 1/4 the intelligence (and yes he displayed that in pretty much all of his dialogue) without so much of a hint that he was ever like this. Even Jen's assistant acted like this was perfectly normal behavior for him when there had been zero evidence of it before now. At no point in the previous times we saw him did he even hint that he could go all dude-bro, and Jen's assistant acted like he was like this all the time so it's not like this was a sudden change for him. Plus, when they went to go find the shadowy clothing place the way he spoke to pretty much everyone was in a way that showcased him being completely clueless about everything, including things that a person should be able to intuit naturally with a modicum of intelligence. Not to mention his behavior with the whole dancing around while layer in the knock-off avengers gear... it all just amounted to the writers significantly dumbing him down to A) be a "laughable idiot" and B) make Jen's assistant look smart by comparison. And yes, we have seen Pug outside of work. Episode 3 you saw him having a drink with Jen and her assistant at a bar after work, which just so happened to be the turning point for the B plot because he realized how he could win his case. And during that entire time out of work, he acted like a normal human being and a lawyer. Please, stop trying to defend this show when it and its writing are indefensible. Even guys like Angry Joe who actually gave it a chance and was open to it improving when it first came out finally came around and admitted the whole thing is unmitigated garbage.

After decades and decades and decades of Incredible Hulk stories, we gave the story to a bunch of female writers, and the first thing they wanted to address was,….. how does she maintain her wardrobe and dating life. Lmao. This is comedy gold. Every comedian should be writing material for the show right now.
