Hey Ray, looking Fit this morning! That is one helluva a story!! The roadwork you did in the boots and coming back from the Illegal beating is unreal!! How you pushed on through the Pain is unbelievable. You could have gone Pro!! There was a boxer here in the States 1983, Billy Collins who was on his way and suffered permanent damage fighting Luis resto who had plaster of Paris soaked in his padding so was like cement. Resto and his manager both did prison time for that. You The Man🤙

I trained in the Lynn for a bit around 1995. It was a good boxing gym then, I remember training one evening and some older man rocked in wearing a suit, hands full of gold rings. No idea who he was but he went into the office with the coach. Random I know but that man always sticks in my mind, as in who was he.

Yes I will I used to do big heavy power lifting mostly in prison I was a beast I used to eat mostly meats Love my Vegetables in prison I was always in the kitchen I would drink all the waters from Cooking vegetables Yeasts I used to take everyday backers Yeast mad it used to make me strong I would do hundreds of not thousands of sit ups honest I was a beast Play hard games Rugby 🏉 murder ball anything hard run up Hills 4.5 every morning I still train most mornings with Weights but not really that heavy
