I can’t describe how amazing this cliffhanger is. In the final shot we have Alucard, Richter and Maria, SotN original cast, love this small detail. I can’t wait for the development in season 2. It will bring the best of the characters for sure. Just imagine how sick vampire Tera is gonna be as a speaker sorcerer. Maria will get her dragon(last missing myth beast). So curious how they will handle her relationship with Alucard because she is younger here.

She is the same age she was in SOTN. In Rondo of Blood, she is between 11-13.

@@deathsyth187 According to wiki she is 17 in SotN and 16 in Nocturne. Not a significant difference but I think they used her Dracula x chronicles design here on purpose. I’m almost sure there will be some timeskip in future seasons. If they decide to continue after s2 of course.

Drolta early death could only mean that a new hand is about to come of Tera as her replacement . Tera will most likely want Maria to be by her side as some kind of warped family with the messiah and the abbot .

Using his symphony of the night look also works better story wise for that Castlevania series because this is 300 years later for Alucard in Nocturne & his muted colours are a good emphasis on how much time has passed & how old he is

So there was all that usage in S4 where they had the magician opening portals to bring Dracula back for Death... PLEASE, PLEASE, find a way to teleport Trevor and Sypha to Richter's timeline. Lets see Ezrabet deal with two belmonts, sypha, alucard and Richter's crew. talk about pure epic carnage!

When I saw Alucard I started to scream, he was beautiful, but the sad thing is that they are probably going to nerf him a lot, if he is 80% of what Soton is, he destroys everything nocturnal, except for Erzebeth, which I think would give him fight looks promising.

When Alucard showed up I originally thought it was Juste. Drolta losing and dying seems like evening the sides a bit. Yet when you think about it it was a very good setup. Emotionally everything was down and everyone was defeated. Three times they tried to accomplish something and came up short. The look on Richter's face made it seem like everything was lost. But almost as if to slap you in the face and say did you forget who else was in this timeline the Faceman appaers. Appears? Appaers? What?
