I paused the video to check Vio Bank. The ONLINE money market savings account is 5.30% interest with a $100 deposit and no fees and FDIC guarantee. Their CD accounts are great too. The regular ole savings account is 1.10% interest. This is not a brick-and-mortar bank so there's no overhead and the reason they can offer the high yield.

I have some concerns with this system. Many complaints on the BBB about this being a MLM and most people paying 3-4k to sign up. Also some are saying automated monthly payments that are on going, not a one time payment like advertised. Lastly, some are saying it doesn’t work with velocity banking. I’m not new to velocity banking as I’ve been able to pay off thousands in debt on my own. Does anyone have a more recent experience or knowledge in the positive about this program?

I just started watching a few days ago. Great work you're doing ! I've got an unrelated question. I've been watching my credit score through Credit Karma. I have worked my way from low 600s to 760 to 780 over the past few years. Why does the bank tell me that it's still like 660. What am I missing? Thank you

CK isn't a reliable source for your true score. It's kinda like a "coach" to better credit worthiness practices and paid partnerships for credit usage merchandise. I believe in their terms n conditions they mention that their credit numbers aren't true scores....I believe. But all in all, it's not correct. Id take a 10-15% reduction of their Numbers and use that range as a better estimation of your scores

@jameswoodall6121 CK is a "Vantage" Score... a bit different from the FICO. Also, the system is a bit dirty...so the score they pull is depending which type of product you're trying to secure, such as a car, home or Line of Credit. The lower they can show your credit score, the more interest they get to charge.

I paid $4k in 5/2024. I have a mortgage, consumer debt and a personal load. The price will vary depending on the debt amount, type of debt. For example I would have paid less if I did not include the mortgage. The price I pad would include up to 3 mortgages and or rental property.

I understand why cost is not mentioned it's not exactly a one size fits all ita a range depending on a person's, income, debt etc. Hope that helps. According to my numbers I should have my mortgage paid all debt paid off in 9.3 yrs, saved 266k in scheduled interest. Luckily for me my mortgage is only 8 months old so that was very attractive to me compared to a 30 yr term .
