It’s rare that they’re entertaining, but an example of one that is is “Harry Potter and the Portrait of What Appeared to be a Large Pile of Ash” (AI generated title). Because that was fed the Harry Potter books, it leads to some interesting things. Meanwhile, if you just fed one Mario games, you’d get generic Mario Maker levels

I was thinking the same thing. This game clearly has some heart and soul put into it. Sure a bunch of the models are store bought assets, but the cutscene where the demon was summoned looked decent. Also it has voice acting. It might have been shit quality voice acting, but it shows that the developers were trying to tell a story.

Charlie buys this game *knowing* its quality won't be up to his standard so he'll refund it. Yet he'll get an hour worth of content out of it, make anywhere from $100-200 from Subs/Donations/Bits then refund the game. Its a really shitty toxic cycle that popular KZbinrs seem to be in. I don't get how everyone is okay with it. If you're buying a deliberately shitty game because you know it'll be fun to play on stream AND you're going to profit off it. You have absolutely no right to refund it after. Its just so void of any morality.
