Hello, love watching your channel. I am in the export retail game here in Japan..... mainly car parts. Anyways, the reason I write is I suggest placing down rubber cubes/ mats in places you do a lot of standing and multiple back and forth walks like behind the counter. I noticed in this video that you have concrete floors behind the counter area. Which is bad for the knees. If I did not have bad knees myself, I would still have the mats in our shop too..... one can feel a huge difference. Unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world where concrete flex like wooden floors. LOL Hope you are well.

FYI : All pharmacies get those boxes too, so you can get them at any store with one inside. They also come with ice packs in them that gets thrown away. We had a fisherman who would retrieve the foam boxes and packs from the trash and reuse them all the time.
