The part about singers not jumping from style to style reminded me of a story when I was little. In the 90s we got one of those music house CD offers in the mail, buy 1 get 12 free things. I'm looking through the catalog of all the genres at the artists and I kept seeing "various" in every one of them. Finally I ask my mother "Who is various? They must be really good they can sing rock, pop, country, everything!" She just looked at me and said "Child.... that's not a group it means various artists." 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ She still laughs at me over it to this day.

Thanks, Wendy! This is all great advice! It looks so bad when people don't post anything current on their social media. I ask a friend to take a photo of me and try to post a current photo of performing comedy on my instagram and facebook after every open mic performance. I have a friend who doesn't use a lot of social media which I think limits him to sing only within the province we live in.
