It's crazy how strong he is. I gotta believe that young lifters benefit/learn way more about powerlifting earlier than us older lifters LOL. Back when I was a teen, if you were strong you were snapped up by the football coach and that's all you did. Now teens have unlimited information available to them. It's exciting to see the numbers all the younger lifters are putting up.

Sports across the globe are going to witness an unprecedented uprising of young genetic freaks as their exposed more and more to these sports. They'd have the advantage of utilizing modern-day knowledge on sports science, coaching, nutrition, and 'supplementation' that past generations didn't have access too. The standard for what we consider elite has already changed so much, and it'll likely continue to see rapid progression as more athletes like the one featured here crop up.

Yeah. I don’t think there’s ever been a period in time where so many very young people were this into powerlifting, strength sports and even bodybuilding. These sports have all been growing in popularity over the years and I’m sure that’s why we’re seeing an uptick in teenagers posting these kind of numbers.

@@PhysicsGuy1000 Being very very good at powerlifting requires a degree of stiffness. Getting stronger could help you at first, but after some point extra gains will make you a worse player. Especially if you are not built for powerlifting. You could come up with some very strong shot putters, but they are built for heavy lifting and they could probably improve their total quite a bit if they would specialize in it.

While impressive and all, I feel that all these fitness channels promoting young kids like this need to have some sort of responsibility to show realistic expectations of what a normal natty kid can achieve. I feel like this would contribute to making impressionable kids think that this is definitely achievable naturally. Thus they would set unrealistic, unattainable goals and then they would either feel worthless when they couldn't reach those goals, or dive into anabolics that would harm their health. To youngster reading this; it's not worth it alright.
