It bugs me too. I've been making this for over a decade and my kids have been eating it since they were babies, but I think its fair to credit (or just to even mention tiktok) Emily for being in headlines and for making it go viral, especially with the ice cube thing. It's also fair to not mention it. Some people honestly do believe that she invented it, but thats because they lack culture. This is obviously Japanese "inspired" food.

She’s literally just mentioning what she does and there is no explicit implication that she’s claiming she did it first. Y’all just lack critical thinking skills and take everything literally so you can be mad lmao

FeelGoodFoodie has crossed the line. First she did two videos where she doesn’t disclose a sponsorship, and now she’s rebranding this TikTok trend as her own idea. This needs to end now. Be a decent person, FeelGoodFoodie, because your fans are who make you.

Ooh that looks awesome. When I have leftover salmon. I always break it apart with a fork, spread it out on a baking tray, and broil for a few minutes until it’s really crispy. I love to use it as taco filling or a salad topping the next day. This is definitely going into my repertoire.
