THIS HAPPENS When you get a $16 Haircut in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

When I arrived in Ratnapura I realized I was in desperate need of a beard cut so I searched for a barbershop and found salon handsome. The barber did a great job so I decided to give him a tip.
After that I made my way to Bopath falls which is a huge tourist attraction in Ratnapura. On the way there I made a few stops, first for some curd and then for a homemade roti with spicy sauce at a local traditionally built mudhouse. Very beautiful!

This is one of authentic Sri Lankan village tour you captured for your channel. Many foreigners come to main city Rathnapura to buy gems but not tourists.they are merchants. Specially Thai and few European s big time gem business Men. Bopath falls is 100% local tourist area. Hardly any foreigners. Villagers are genuinely hospitable. Roti boutique lady and family are real legend s. Even the hair dresser gave you the local price. Roti boutique family though poor in financially , very rich at heart . They are the real people deserve to be help every possible way. They are too innocent and too honest. Not corrupt. Thats where you experienced real Sri Lankan hospitality. The shape of the waterfall is similar to Bo Tree Leaf and that’s how it’s named. And this is one of the waterfalls has a risk when raining to the upcountry where the waterfall begins as it can be flooded suddenly, covering the area

Hello Tim, there are a lot of waterfalls around Ratnapura, but the problem is that most of them are hidden. Sri Lanka has the highest waterfall density in the world

Go to doovili ella at thenna, Kalthota road, Balangoda. 48km to Balangoda from Rathnapura, then another may be 15km to doovili ella. Its the fourth largest river of Sri Lanka (Walawe river) falling, which can be viewed from front, but at the elevation of the top of the fall.
