You might be in a totally different tier in Orlando. The homes in this community are just above their entry level product but they’ve added their next tier of some finishes. - epoxy garage floor (just added before closing) - spindles on stairs - pendant lights Etc. Things that would come standard on the next tier. Thanks for Stopping in! Congratulations on the new home 🍾

I live in Haines city. In a 2000sq 1 story home. I'm 30min from Disney world. Not bad.. In a new build. Didn't want a new 2 story for one reason only. That is most builders use wood framing . Not good gor stroms. If anybody that's moved here in the last 3 years know that we here on central Fla have had hurricans like in Miami lately. The only builders that build concrete block all the way up is DR Horton unless if your buying a higher end house...if that.

Congrats, buyer got a crappy pulte new construction home. At least it was not a DR Horton home, but not much better.

My Pulte experience was good. You need to hire an inspector for 2 inspections. They fixed all the minor issues. Great experience with them. DR Horton? Lennar? You couldn't give me a home from these 2. Pulte is a tier 2 builder. DR and Len are Tier 1. It shows in the quality.
